At the ceremony you will of course use
flowers
, but there are other ways to decorate as well. You can decorate the outside of the church or place which you will be wed at. If you are getting married outside you can decorate the entranceway to the grounds.
For wedding decorations you can also decorate pews or chairs with balloons, ribbons, or lights. The aisle which you walk down can be decorated with an aisle runner and flower petals can be dropped by the flower girl when she walks down the aisle.
You can decorate the alter with flowers as well. You may also have other decorations such as tulle, candles, candlebras, or a unity candle.
The reception can be decorated with centerpieces and flowers as well. You can also use similar chair decorations as you did at the wedding ceremony.
The head table, cake table, buffet tables and entrance ways can also be decorated. Candles, bouquets and centerpieces are nice touches.
A decorative wishing well would look nice on the gift table. Dont
forget to pick up a nice guest book for everyone to sign. You can also
purchase personalized linens, napkins, and cake serving utensils.
There are many places that you can add special touches to at your reception.
